Financial Aid and Scholarship Information

The Colleges of Education and Natural Sciences and Mathematics provides a list of scholarships for teachers pursuing graduate study. Funding is also available for graduate students who are presenting their research at conferences.

Opportunities for Educators

There are many opportunities for current teachers at Cal State Fullerton. A variety of these programs are identified under the Center for Excellence in Science and Mathematics Education Opportunities for Educators.

Professional Clear Credential/Fifth Year Coursework Plan

Most teachers will complete their Professional Clear Credential requirements through a BTSA/Induction program with their employing district. However, if you are an employed teacher who needs NCLB subject matter coursework or you are an Induction-eligible teacher but there is no induction program available to you, the Fifth Year Program may be right for you. Graduate Programs for Science and Mathematics Teachers

There are many graduate programs for current science and mathematics teachers at Cal State Fullerton. Programs vary as to the amount of education verses science or math courses required, culminating experience options, and alignment with professional development standards of the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards, National Science Teachers Association, and National Council on the Teaching of Mathematics.
